Complaints Regarding Electronic Appliances

I have ordered a boat speaker from boatShoppy.in on 21st February 2023. It says that you will get message for your order but I didn’t receive any such message. There is no way to track the order. I have made payment from BHIM mobile app of 349 rupees. Now unable to open the boatShoppy.in site. BoatSounds.in is the replica of boatShoppy.in. I have see this add in YouTube. Payment was very smooth as original site. I want to get money back and tough action should be taken against this fraud or scam.
