I have booked 1 Note 7 Pro smartphone through Shine Summer.in but there was the option of pre payment. I have cancelled the order. Later I received a call from their executive. She told me you can pay at the time of delivery. I agreed and ordered the same. But when I received the delivery via Xpress Bee Courier order no. SS11368. And gave payment of Rs. 3000 to the Delivery boy. Later when I opened the box than I came to found that they have cheated me. There is not the same item which I have ordered and also printed on the front of sealed Box. Now I am trying to call on their customer care number which is switched off. So please help me.

But still not received.atleast you give a replay ragrding what’s actually going on.you don’t have any manner to reply obout our complaint?.
