Complaints Regarding Electronic Appliances

I ordered sony portable speaker with earbuds for rs. 999/- from mobylstore.com . It got flashed on facebook. The order no. Is MS3420. They sent me the confirmation mail but didn’t tell me the delivery day. I ordered on 16th May, 2020. Didn’t receive my order till now.
