Complaints Regarding Electronic Appliances

I had booked WizPad tablet from book my tab website on dated 10 the October 2020 @ price RS 3999.00 after done payment only received order number apart than not getting single message or email . Order id 2129399544 Due to covid 19 pandemic there will be slight dealay in dispatching orders. But not getting product. I want refund my money or tablet as earliest. please help me sir/mdm
