Complaints Regarding Electronic Appliances

My name is Rajat Parkash Singh and i have order a set wireless earphones on 24/06/21 of cost rs 1699/- (order no-38374) + 100/- shipping and they have sent product of headphones with low cost on 27/06/21 and they have given unworkable product to me and there is serious complaint araised and they don’t respond to the any phone calls They have returning policy in the website, it all knowing they have no option in the website.
