Complaints Regarding Corruption

I order 1 button sweater top in blue colour size- m-l, 1 cardigan sweater in black colour size-l and winter co-ord set in pink colour size- xl but I received old pink sweater and grey,white and black mixed sweater! I want my money back!! The customer number which they provided doesn’t even exist! I texted on instagram page and whatsapp but they didn’t reply back! Please do something ? how could they scam like this to their own customers specially poor people who help small business!! please do something I want my money back!
