Complaints Regarding Banking

I have bought some goods in eCommerce using ZestMoney. Herofincorp is the loan provided. I have bought it for 3125 rupees. I have foreclosed the emi on May 6, 2023 but herofincorp marked that I paid payments on June, July and marked that I have loan overdue of 96 rupees. Also, they marked me late repayments. Due to that, I lost over 200 cibil points and it’s showing bad account and I am not able to apply loan on bank’s. I have lost an job opportunity due to low credit score. I have been connecting with them from 16/11 but still now there is no resolution from their side. They r cancelling the call without proper response and no reply to my emails. I faced humiltand mental haressmwnt due to this. I want my lost credit points and an apology from hero fincorp and require an compensation
