The bus from bangalore to chennai was cancelled without any intimation both from via.com and Geepee travels and i had to suffer great hardships returning back home. Still there is no sorry message or refund initiated by via.com. Worst travel experience ever. Refund not provided was last modified: October 4th, 2020 by Consumer Court
