I have not received the refund though the executive said that it will be credited within 7 to 10 days. It’s been more than 15 days not refunded. Refund of cancelled AIr ticket was last modified: November 20th, 2021 by Consumer Court

Tried booking tickets to Mumbai ,money got deducted from the bank. Got a call immediately from the travolook saying its system error. Happened on 30/September/2020.Havent received the payment till now. Called, mailed but no action taken. Refund not yet received was last modified: November 20th, 2021 by Consumer Court
