Catchup technologies private limited has auto debited the amount of Rs. 399 from my account through phonepe app. And if my account doesn’t have a balance, then the bank charge autodebit failure charges also. Due to this, my CIBIL is also reduced.
I want my money immediately back. This is a fraud as I have never set up this auto debit. I even do not know about this website/ firm whichever this is.
Please intervene in the matter at the earliest.
