Work : Intimating about Bike stolen.
Place : Vadodara RTO (Away from CITY)
Called on RTO Vadodara helpline no – 0265-2562497.But No one was picking.And decided to to visit RTO.
Experience :
Day 1: Went with all document copies. at window no. 19 (1st floor) didn’t accepted my application due to non availability of
original R.C. Book.Didn’t listen my request and told me without original we can’t proceed.
Day 2 : (43 degree centigrade with heat wave)
– @ Window 19(1st floor) – Went with original RC Book. Surprisingyly today didn’t asked for Original RC Book. And taken my
application.
– He sent me to first floor to inward document at “Form vitran vibhag”.
– @ “Form vitran vibhag”, an elder man said He requires to have signature of PRO he sent me at first floor.Asked that weather
drinking water is available in RTO Vadodara he said don’t know.
– @ PRO 1st floor signature taken went back to “Form vitran vibhag” inwarded documents.
– @ window 19, He started proceeding but said needed screening report of vehicle.
– @ window 16 (Mr Pinkesh) – I stood their for half an hour he wasn’t at desk.
– @ Windwo 19-Came back with screening report but he said I required to have Stamping.
– @ Stamping window – I stood there for 15 min but he wasn’t replying me. when I asked how much time you are going to take. He
replied rudely and said “Aaj na divas ma thai jase”.some how angrily he finished my stamping work.
– @ Window 19, came with stamping, and he asked me to pay 200/ Rs as cash window.
– @ Cash window no. 15 (manual) – He said that cash window gets closed at 2.00 pm. I came back at window 19, fellow said I can’t
process your request untill 200/- Rs receipt. I said he isn’t accepting cash. He said come again tomorrow. at this point I lost my
patience because I really don’t wanted to come on 3rd day leaving my job.
– Wen’t to Complain Mr patel at No. 15. I explained my problem- he said ” I can’t help it out, what do you do when Bank gets
closed?’. I replied ” But they close after 4.30 pm not at 2 pm.
– Came back at home without Intimation letter. I thought I just have to intimate to RTO which won’t take more than 15 minutes.
