I have installed this Cashpal loan app from Playstore on Sep’21 and applied for loan. I have repaid the loan on 24/09/21. Now a days it is not shown in Playstore. This app gives a loan of 7 days.
When I last taken loan in feb’22 and paid on 21st Feb’22 ,this Company have set auto- loan service against my account. As soon as I pay the loan and uninstall it they on the same day or next itself again credit amount in my bank account without my knowledge. It has been happening since Feb’22 till day. After every 7 days they credit the amount and I have to repay it with high interest rate.
Email id and Contact no given on Cashpal app doesn’t work. Even after deletion of app from mobile they send the amount in the bank account.
There is no contact person whom I can complain.
But on the repayment date they start calling ,harassing and they make whats app groups of my contacts and they sent messages saying “Loan Chor” and they also edited my photo with vulgar pic and sent it to my contacts. They start calling all my references from phones contact list.
From Feb’22 till date I have been paying high interest every 7 days. The company people harass and blackmail so badly.
Last 24th April when they credited 9600 of loan of 16000 i delayed in paying the amount as they have crossed all limits and month on month they were harassing me. I asked them to stop this auto credit of loan service, but still after payment they credit the amount in bank. With overdue charges 23680 i paid on 9th may . After that i uninstalled this app but again on 10th may 9600 was credited to my bank account. Again 17920 i have paid on 18th may . Before making this payment on 18th may ,i was confirmed in whatsapp by cashpal app executive that no more loan will be credited again . But on same day 18th May again 9600 have been credited in my bank account. I am trying to contact the same executive same day but no one is responding.
Its repayment date is tomorrow 24th May. Again tomorrow executives will start harassing, start calling my references and use abusive languages for payment of their loan.

Request you to take strict action on this Cashpal loan app on immediate basis and punish them.
