Text of Complaint by Emy Lim:

Today 18/01/2023 the 2nd time when Cashmart collector officer went to our previous house and asking for payment from my Aunt, and it was so bad, my Aunt was shaking, and she was traumatized because the field agent was rude aside from that they let my Aunt Talk to the phone with someone said she was the manager and the lady forcing my Aunt to pay the debts which was 4k pesos, because my Aunt was elderly and doesn’t know why the stranger someone from CashMart did to her twice at 10am in the morning, good thing my Aunt was living in Subdivision and she send memorandum to the guard that should not let them in if that’s from cashmart. Hope this shark loan lending company online Loan will not be allowed in the Philippines anymore, should not be counted to our credit score as well because their interest rate was very unreasonable and they keep Harassing their customer which is very traumatizing, not only that it’s embarrassing to our neighbors as well.
