The loan just directly went through in the app and it showed it’s for 6000rs and I received 3600rs with 2400rs as the service charge. I am unable to get the customer service in touch through the app.
I found numbers online but there’s no way to get in touch with the company .
I don’t want this loan. And I’m willing to return the money back .
The period for this loan is 7 days where I get 3600rs and I have to pay back 6000rs.
What nonsense is this ?
Please someone help what do I do ?
The mail id isn’t responding back to me as well .
