I took loan from them and I am facing financial issues due to which I am not able to make the payment. I still made partial payments and only 4k is left from the current month payment but the collection agents are calling and harrassing me. They are contacting my references and contacts from my phone and asking for loan amount. Loan no is CLN999990007941. They are calling me and my friends and family and harrassing us when I am responding to them and making partial payments somehow. I raised a complaint with RBI and I have to wait for a month for their response on that complaint and their support team is not responding after multiple emails sent to them. Please assist
