I had a loan with cashe. Due to personal issues i wasn’t able to pay the loan for a few months. In April i was contacted by a cashe employee saying my interest can be waived if i agree to pay the principal amount of 18000. This was agreed to be done in three installments of 5000, 5000 and 8000 repsectively. I made all three payments but i am still being harassed and called about a pending loan and my cibil shows an outstanding of 24000 still. Please help. This is messing with my life. Cashe customer care has been zero help.
