I had taken loan from CASHe company in the past and have cleared all the loans. However, since past few months I have been receiving abusive calls over phone and whatsapp asking me to pay a part of loan which I had never availed. The account number they are quoting is 999990001315671.
I had reached out to the team and asked for the details of the loan and it turns out that the loan was allegedly deposited in another account which is not operated in my name. Instead of providing all the details about the account to the company they are still insisting that I should pay the loan amount and have been calling my family members threatening and abusing them.
I have sent several emails explaining them about the calls but the company was in complete denial of such occurrences. Now they have hired some illegal 3rd party recovery team who have started calling and threatening my place of employment and its management if I don’t pay.
I have made complaints to the local police station about the callers but the callers keep changing the numbers and calling people to harass and blackmail them. I have reached out to their grievance team but to no avail. The company is turning a blind eye on the wrong doing and is involved in financial malpractices and blackmailing consumers to increase their revenue.
I have asked their legal team to file a court case so that I can make my submission in the court. However, instead of going legal the team is opting for blackmailing tactics to make consumer pay for what they are not liable to pay.

I hope authorities can take adequate action on the company and hold them responsible for recovery malpractices and blackmailing consumers.
