Text of Complaint by Sunil Kumar Nayak:

Hi Team,

I have taken a personal finance from Cashe finance(CLN_8171061) in 17th Sept 2022. I already made 6 EMIs and 3 more to pay. The auto debit has been activated for the loan EMI payment, however, the auto debit is not happening since last 6 months. I had dropped an email to the customer support to solve this issue as I don’t want to do the manual payment every time. I got thousands of calls from the customer support and harassing me for the payment. But I told them every time that the issue is from the cashe finance side as the auto debit is not happening for my case. They had also called my family members and friends who number I had given in the document while applied for loan and told that Sunil Nayak is not paying EMIs and all. This is high time now and I don’t want to make any manual payment and also I want to put a complain against the Cashe finance company and also harassing mentally by calling thousands of times and also they hampered my dignity as called to friends and informed them that I am not making payments for the outstanding EMIS. I need a strong action against them. So, I demand the the compensate for this.
