Seems One of my known person had taken loan and didn’t clear the dues, while availing the same ,he had given my number as a reference which I wasn’t aware, moreover these idiot’s didn’t even called me before sanctioning the loan, now they started calling me and abusing me like anything as he had given my number as a reference, is this my problem if somebody given someones Number?? These collection guys are literally using bad words , they scolding to all my family members, I wonder who has given licence to such idiots, I have an evidence of their harassment, how do I approach to court to cancel their licence, pls help me in this regard.
