I took loan from cashbeen app run by pc financial services, but due to some unforseen circumstances Rbi banned the operations of the loan app in India, due to this I was not able to pay the remaining amount and also not able to remove it from cibil, this negative impact is directly getting impacted on my credit score, so please look in to the problem and remove this loan account from my cibil score
