Took loan of 4025 from cashbeen app in emergency situation and used it but after completed half payment of the overall loan and was ready to repay the full amount in 10 days but due to rbi guidelines the app got banned. By the time there was no way to repay the amount and the account got started changing into negative account and started impacting my credit score please help us to resolve the problem and give us a solution
