Hello All,
This is the 2nd time am raising complaint against this application, as i said i have already repaid the loan amount 7600 which is due on 24th decemeber, however the cashbee app is still showing as pending repayment.
On Sunday 27th december i got a call from unknown number ( 9883658948) and upon checking the true caller the name showing as CUSTOMER SUPPORT- i picked the call and one guy spoke to me and he said he is from cashbee customer service and he asked my concern and i explained my concern saying i made the payment and it is still not reflecting in the mob applicaton and still showing as pending repayment. After hearing this he asked me whether i have internet connection in mobile and i said yes, then he told me to go PLAYSTORE and asked me to download ANYDESK REMOTE , i asked him why i need to download this app? he said that is procedure we do, then i told him no i wont download this application from the playstore, then he suggested me that he will send a OTP message and asked me to provide the same, and as he said i received 2 OTP number from unknown application, I strictly told him why i need to provide the OTP information which is secret and sensitive , but he said to provide the number so that he can initiate the refund of the amount which i paid. Seriously i was confused why they want to refund my amount when they already received? the same i told him but he is not in the posistion to hear what i said and repeated the same by saying to provide the OTP, then i strictly told him i cant provide the OTP – if the amount is already with you means why you want to refund the amount to me again, i told him just to update the application as payment received.
Such a scam happening in the online application especially GOcash and Cashbee, their email address and phone numbers are not reachable, whenever i call them the call will connect and within few mins the call will disconnect automatically without transfering to customer servie team, i sent 2 emails to GOcash team on 24th december and 26 december however my emails are not responded.
These people are giving mind torture to people and make their live miserable.RBI and Government should take strict action on this scams and fraudulent company and people should not suffer because of this cheap peoples
