Cashbean recovery agent call me as my brother has taken a small amount of loan from them. They call me every day and just tell my brother’s name at the start and start abusing me that where is your theif brother, where he went after taking money. First two days i spoke to them nicely but after that i have lose my temper and told them not to call me unless they have full amount details to give on which they called me back abusing me more. When i asked them to talk to their manager, even he started yelling at me “subha subha dimag kyon kharab karrahi hai, paise bhardena” is this way to talk. And the amount is just 6000 not like lakhs or crores of rupees. This is really absurd.
Cashbean give your recovery agents some manners too. If your app doesn’t work, doesn’t reflect payment its not on the customer part that they should get these calls.

Cashbean guy called and started abusing me unnecessarily. Guy name Tushar Ranjan Nayak(contact no:8117831839) whom I met last 8 years back provided my number to Cashbean. Now without my conscience my number was given and even they don’t have any verification for guarantors contact number i guess.
