Dear Sir/ Madam,

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Kalirajan, and I am writing to address a concerning issue that I have been facing with regards to my CIBIL report.

I recently availed a loan from Cashbean, and unfortunately, I encountered some difficulties in making the payments on time. However, I want to assure you that I have promptly paid off my dues within a few days. Despite this, I have noticed that my CIBIL report has not been updated since October 2021.

In an attempt to resolve this matter, I reached out to the customer care team at Cashbean. They assured me that the necessary updates had been made in the CIBIL report and advised me to contact CIBIL directly for any further inquiries. Acting upon their advice, I approached CIBIL, only to be informed that my report has not been updated yet.

As a result, I am now facing the consequences of having a low CIBIL score, which is negatively impacting my financial credibility. This situation is causing me significant distress and affecting my ability to access credit facilities when needed.

I kindly request your empathetic assistance in resolving this matter at the earliest convenience. It is crucial for me to have an accurate and up-to-date CIBIL report that reflects my current financial standing. I believe that rectifying this issue will help me regain my financial stability and improve my creditworthiness.
