I have taken the personal loan rs. 13700/- (Including interest) from cashbean online app. After due date i was unable to pay loan amount on time due to some financial issues. Then cashbean customer service frequent call me for payment & everytime i said give me some time for money arrangement but his customer service was not ready to understand my problem. Then i paid partial payment of rs. 2000/-. On the next day cashbean agent called me for loan payment & he was threatning me that your pan card & aadhar card would be blocked. And he used abused language also. I have submitted call recording of conversation. Is this practice of company to recovery the loan amount.
Cashbean customer service send me threatning messages from different different numbers. I am attached screenshot of message with this complain.
Kindly take proper action against this company for demafation of my character.
