Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I (Rakesh Biswas-9154108320) am an customer of Cashbean (online loan provider application of PC Financial Services Ltd) in this situation also they are asking for repayment also charging high penalty if someone unable to pay the same.
Also they are giving continues threatening to the customer over phone & text message. I have contacted with them regarding this & they have gave me option for partly payment & I have done the same but from the very next day they are asking for rest of the amount also they are charging very high penalty on daily basis.
There are customer who are even not able to pay the partial amount in this situation but they are getting continuous threat from the company.
kindly look into the situation & take appropriate action. I have already complain to RBI also the complain copy, threatning message copy and my partial payment copy is attached for your reference.
