I was promised for a Cashback on Processing fee and Flexi fee which was promised by Bhawna puri ( Manager ) and she dropped me an email with the confirmation, however the email id was personnel I asked her why you are not using official email id she told me that don’t worry I will copy my manager as well with official email id and noted Dheerendra Naroria was copied on the email the phone number given by bhawna puri does not exist anymore.
Later I got in touch with Vanshika Garg the so called Senior manager however no response from her and from last 20 days they are saying just give us 30 mins and will call you back however no call received from them.
Even they promised on what’s app regarding the Cashback for processing fee and Insurance cancellation.
I am attaching all the screenshots below I tried raising query from the portal as well but it gets resolved in sometime with agent just giving the call and explain something which is not the result I am looking for .
The best thing is Agent will call you and will tell you that Flexi fee and Cashback will be refunded dont worry and when you raise the request the Bajaj Finserve complaints team will ask do you have any proofs or recordings, however in India recording a call is illegal and Apple company does not provide that with the phone! Its all scam by the Bajaj Employees and third party teams who distribute these extra funds amongst them !
