I recharged a postpaid bill on 27th sep and there is an offer showing in Amazon that you received 50 rs cashback on bill payment but no cashback received till now, I contact many times with Amazon customer care, every time they say ‘yes, sir you are eligible for cashback and you receive it with in 3 to 5 days’ but today is 7th October till now I have not received any cashback.
