Sir/Mam,
I made a payment on Zee5 platform for its premium subscription using Paytm. The payment page clearly said “50% cashback with Paytm”. So I made the payment but I didn’t receive any cashback. When contacted to Paytm, first they said the offer is expired but I caught them lying so they said the offer is for 3 transactions where it was nowhere mentioned in the payment page (screenshot attached). Now I want my cashback and strict action to be taken against these frauds.
