I booked a tour package named “Asian Wonders” from Thomas Cook in September 2019. I made a payment of amount Rs. 70,000 through SBI yono. According to the terms and conditions I should receive a cashback of 5% in 120 days. However, it’s more then one year since I made the payment and didn’t received any cashback yet.
