I had purchased a phone from Croma with my HDFC Credit Card on 17/08/2019.
I was promised to get 1500/- cashback within 90 days of my purchase but till today 09/11/2020. I didn’t get.
When I contacted Croma they are saying repeatedly that this was a generic offer from HDFC Bank & they don’t have anything pending from their end.
But HDFC Bank representatives is kept me on loop for more than months now saying Merchant has not verified the transaction and suddenly now saying that I’m not eligible for the cashback.
I am raising this complaint as I don’t know who is lying here and trying to harass the customer . I have been following up on this for months but no resolution yet.
It’s extremely upsetting to see a company like this being so unprofessional.
