I purchased zucchero nuts after going through the terminals and conditions which mentioned if purchase @₹350 or above then a cashback of 200₹ can be availed immediately once order is shipped. Later on i established contact with Amazon where I was told i shall get the cashback even I used the product only after I get the confirmation on cashback but finally amazon denied. I have all the conversation with me and proof of everything i wrote here.
So I request all the customers never fall prey on the hands of Amazons terms and conditions. Even they won’t even talk to and keep on hold for several minutes.
