I had ordered Galaxy Watch 5 (worth Rs. 27,999/-) and added Galaxy Buds2 (worth Rs. 2,999/-) making the total bill of Rs. 30,998/-, the order ID was 11039256603. While making the transaction, Samsung offered an instant cashback of Rs. 3,000/- on selective cards. So, I tried my card and the amount got reduced to Rs. 27,998/-. On moving to payment gateway option, the amount shows was again Rs. 30,998/-, so as it was “instant cashback” I thought once I make the full payment the cashback amount will be credited in my account. The order was placed on 26th August, 2022. Post that, I waited for 3 days, but there was no credit in my account, so I mailed the offical samsung support center email id (support.estore@email.support.samsung.com). Post that I have followed up with the samsung customer helpline 4 times, they even raised a ticket with number #70332074 and each time I was told that they will get it resolved within 24-48 hours. Apart from that, I have been mailing them after 2-3 days everytime, but for the last 2 mails, they are not even replying to the mail. So, I would request the officials to take action on this and get the matter resolved as soon as possible.
