All the terms and conditions met, eligible for a cashback, for the offer shown at the time of bill payment. It was an offer for cashback of Rs.50 on postpaid billpayment of Rs.700, through Airtel money wallet, offer valid for the period of 1Jan – 31 Jan, and the payment date was 26Jan.
I waited for a few days for the cashback to be available in wallet as per tncs, after that time, on asking airtel for the non submission of rewards, Airtel has excused that the offer is 30 cashback on 800 postpaid payment, which maybe a new offer, but the valid offer at the time of payment, was the one I have mentioned.
