Am Suvinder working with HPE from past 13 years. While I was coming by auto on 7th mid night I boarded a Auto. That Guy stopped the auto he asked for my mobile and purse. I refused we both had a fight and later I could not resist him.
I had to give him my mobile and complete purse which had my Driving License, Credit card and Debit card. He took the password and has withdrawn around 22301 Cash from my credit card.
I have been charged around 3500rs Additional charges for withdrawing cash. I did not have my mobile to call up the call centre and block my card. I reached home around 2:30PM.
I had to call and inform my wife everything early morning. Later she tried to block the card, phone banking was busy. Later she got a call from the bank and card was blocked. FIR copy online was already submitted to the bank.
Am not able to reach anyone from the dispute team and Kishore Kumar is sending me automated emails saying you have shared the password, when it comes to life threatenment how can I avoid the password.
Life is more important than the password at that situation. Below are the transactions not done by me

The only response i get from Dispute team HDFC bank is you have shared the password and given your mobile, we wont be able to refund the money and you have to pay the cash withdrawal fine of 3500rs since it was withdrawn from your card.
Why should i pay when it was a theft and criminal offence done by auto guy.
I have my salary account with HDFC Bank from past 8 years. I have Gold Loan from past 2 years. I have Personnel Loan taken and am paying 30200rs Emi.
Am not a defaulter with HDFC bank till date. Also my wife has account with HDFC Bank and has maintained a very good balance always.
My customer ID is 43291565. This was a criminal offence done by the Auto Guy and Also complaint is given to the Mico layout Police Station online and its submitted.
Request you to check and let me know if I could get waiver on the cash withdrawn from my credit card amount. Waiting for your positive response at the earliest.
