I have a taken loan of Rs.2000/- from Cash Wallet on 04.01.2023 and same i have paid on 06.01.2023 via phone pay. The UTR number of the payment is 300692608902. And they are now calling via different number to pay loan again. They are also asking to pay Rs.800/- to close the account. They also didn’t updated payment in the app. I have submitted UTR number several times in app. They are using abusing language and threatening me again and again.
