Respected Sir / Madam,
Greetings for the day,
I had taken loan from Cash Wallet App and Loan Partner App due to medical emergency of my fathers hospitalization. I have been trying to make payment for the same past more than 7 days as i had arrangement of funds done. But now I am not able to login into the application to repay the loan amount. However there is no customer support or other contact details where i can contact them. And now being their mistake I am not able to make payment and am receiving unnecessary harrasement calls from different and unknow numbers. Also they have been taking random contacts from my contact list and sending them nude pics and calling them and misbehaving with them and I have to face the cyber complaint issues. Also not allowing to log in I am not able to make payment and in addition they have been adding interest on daily basis and increasing my amount of repayment. As per my last details of outstanding was Rs. 28th June 2024 was Rs. 72594 and since that despite of having funds am not able to login to the app and make payment and have been increasing the amount of repayment by adding interest on daily basis which is totally a fraud.
For, Loan partner app I have made successful repayment of all my outstanding but however would like to inform you take strict actions against the application as they have been also following the same misconduct, they have been taking random contact number from my contact list and sending them nude photos and also calling them and harrassing them.
Therefore it is my humble request to take strict action against the said loan applications and avoid small and middle class people getting harassed and trapped in their vicious interest circle.
