I took a loan amount of rs 2000 from cash wallet app but they only credited rs 1300 to my bank account and the repayment was showing of 2000.i got a call from one of their customer service asking for repayment. I said i have already paid 2000 through phonepe .even after the repayment the are keep on calling & messaging and asking to pay the amount which i have already paid the amount on 24th of January .from past 2 days i am still getting messages on WhatsApp from different numbers for repayment so i send them screenshots of payment .after sending the screen shot they are stilling asking to pay and they have not updated the paid amount in the app .This is totally a fraud app lot of people have already filed many complaints against them. Many people are getting threatened by them. This should be strictly taken in concern as they are taking data of people like PAN Details etc and threatening to misuse it.they even claim they are RBI registered company, how is it possible. I request the authorities to take strict action as soon as possible and ban them from app store cause lot of people are already in trouble. They have our identities and data. Please look into this issue immediately.
