I was in urgent need of money and was trying to use instant loan application on playstore. I paid the amount through application as I did earlier this month on 14th September and accidentally applied another loan through their products. They started chasing me today by sending me my photos and saying to make repayment today when the contract had the due date as 20th September. I paid that all and then started receiving the calls and text from other number mentioning the amount for one of the product is still due. Forced me to make payment again of 8000 and then they will refund me the money. They started mentioning that if I don’t repay I would be in trouble as they would try to leak all information of mine on Facebook and Instagram and to all my contacts as well. They threatened me for repayment with giving numerous reasons. I don’t have call recordings so far as they contacted on Watsapp call only. I want to file a complaint against the App – CashPocket and the products they are selling. I have been harassed today about the payment and repayment and then informed they will going to leak my data on Instagram. I have all the chats exported to the email. They contacted me through contact numbers – +918638483859 (number for harassing me), +916913031365, +8801732777748, +8801783981711, +8801931667249
They are calling again and harassing me today about the money when everything is paid to them.
I need help with the complaint against the same as they are advising they would start sending my ID proofs to my relatives and also will start sending N*DE pictures of mine to tohers
