I called the Ola Support Team several time in call regarding my Issue Duplication Charges Rs. 191 is due in my account. But, I need to Pay only Rs. 95 ride fare amount against CRN 6377828070.
But, Current due is showing me to pay a total amount Rs. 191(95 + 96). This Rs. 96 additional amount is due from 5 month ago against CRN# CRN6009546391 because their Payment Method select was “Google Pay”. But, when I was verified this Invoice of CRN6009546391 Payment is “Cash” and Payment already done to Auto Driver(Refer the Ola Past due Invoice Attachment).
