I take loan this app and I paid before due date and my loan account not close I complaint through cashguru email 4-5 time but not reply and call from customer representative through voice call and WhatsApp message I sent all details through mail and also but it’s not take any action for update after few days it’s say that your amount failed in payment gateway and you pay again and after repayment you get refund amount.but I don’t believe that once I repay again it may be say again not close my loan account.
