I made a loan to cash=express with 7000. minus the fees reimburse to only 6000, after a month paid them 5,052 , due financial situation i can pay it in full, so paid again the required 3,750 then for this month asking for full payment of 8,743.2 php or recommeded amount of 5,876 php, there interest rate and penalty is way beyound what the central bank of the philippines required. they should be stop victimizing other people, instead of helping theyn are drowning the lender in more outragious penalty and interest rate.
