sir Agust 9 th time 7:02pm i purchased text books from bookstall for Rs.620 from universal bookstall kanhangad . i paid through Scanner esaf bank but the cash deducted from my account but the merchant didnt received that amount.. i complainted in google pay and canara bank. via toll free and directly to bank..but no use..a fellow today called me and herself introduced as canara bank online helpline….but till date my money not retrieved
