Hi Team,
I have taken a Loan from cash cow app from 2 years before , Some one called through whatsapp and infomred me to pay that amount in cash , I shared my home address he collected the amount but my loan is still pending , Now i am getting a call from different numbers to pay the amount even they are using abuse languages and calling to my all contacts .
Moreover due to this mentally pressure i am ready to pay the amount again but need a formal letter or email communication from company but they are denied to give the same and threatning to give a call to my relatives .
I request you to lookinto the matter i need a formal communication letter or email so that i have a payment proof and account will closed .
