During recharge, I got confirmation from airtel customer care & in sorrel web site, that cash back vouchers of Rs 50/- X 8no’s for recharges of Rs 399/- & 449/-. But after recharge, they have not given. They are telling wrong information that the offer is closed long back. If so how customer care is promised & how it was shown in airtel app / website. They are not giving my cash back vouchers.
