I purchased my HP Laptop i7 series on 27th Oct 2019 for amount 78000/- approx. I was given bill and it’s mentioned that I will get 10% cash-back after 90 days. As of now my 3 instalments of Rs. 12550.73/- has been deducted till now but still I didn’t get my cashback as per their defined commitment & timeline. My bank account number is 00881610078212 & customer id is 33291722 from which these EMIs gets deducted.
I am reachable on my cell 9582440977. Could you please suggest me whom should I contact or how will I get my cash-back.
