Text of Complaint by Shruti Singhal:

I ordered a mobile phone from Amazon on 11th Nov which was eligible for cashback of Rs 2000. Because of some reason phone was returned undelivered.

I again ordered a new phone on 12th November. Before taking delivery I confirmed from Amazon customer care whether I’m eligible for cashback. Amazon executive confirmed me that I’m eligible then only I proceeded further. Now I’ve not received the cash back and Amazon team is saying that I’m not eligible.  Why should I bear a financial loss of Rs.2000/- because of Amazon’s wrong information?
