Hi my name is manish saha.I took loan from application cash advance1 pay moment.they hacked my all phone numbers,facebook and all contact list.my loan ending date was 29 August..suddenly on 28 they called me and told to pay immediately on 28 itself any how otherwise they will circulate in facebook,insta,whatsapp and they will start sending editing fraud to every contact list of mine.I told 29 is the date.they did not agreed.I did payment .now they started telling me that its not updating in there system.i sent all details ..that guy told that it will update then my loan account will close .29 was my last date.they did not called me.i thought problem solved .it means they got money.on 30 they started calling me abusive words and threatened me and charged me that I am not paying..amount was 3796. I paid 3796 but they told its not updating…on 30 they called me and told me that i have to pay late fine also.bcoz its 30 now.they told its 4500 .I have to pay immediately..this is scam they are doing.i became fedup and again paid 4500.I told y u did not called on 29th.it means they r gang of scammers and looting money like this only from citizens.I paid double time..now who got my 3796?who is sanghanir despandey of there application whom i paid?I want money back. I want to file case against and start campaign against this fraud people.i will send all details also.plz solve my case and return my money back.all this are gangs of fraud people.I am ready to go to any court also…I will send all this details in police station and court,consumer court forum.i want scammer should be behind jail.plz solve my case and money back…this is crime
