“Airtel Relationship no. 7037290142” – its very unfair for Airtel to trouble the customer every month ! But taking the Bills on time, are we doing charity to Airtel ???please have a minimum ethic to provide and work for the things you are getting paid for !!

I am from GRN apartment .chandanagar and upon multiple complaints also you did not refresh the technical team of this areas who are inefficient to fix basic problems.

On friday noon me and my husband were in middle of meetings over MS teams and suddenly internet got disconnected and we ran over terraces noticed that your field tech agent disturbed my connection to close some other service request they got and from that day I have no internet and I kept raising service requests and without any fix they are simply closing the tickets.

I will shortly switch to some other broadband but meanwhile can you ask your tech team to be reasonable to fix the issue as we are paying for it ?

5 days I don’t have internet and I want these days to be Unbilled ,else I will take legal action .because every time you are playing same trick !!

I called customer care and attached the recording of it
