Text of Complaint by Shreya Mitra:

I had placed an order on January 10 at the website mentioned above and made the payment through UPI. I received an order confirmation message and a tracking link but there has been no update since. I have written multiple emails to the id provided on their website and tried reaching the mobile number they have mentioned but it does not exist apparently.
I had made a purchase of Rs. 738 and it is not a small amount. Neither are these people responding to emails nor is there any update. Please help me resolve the issue and either get the products I ordered for or a refund of my money.
